Team Repco and the
National Privacy Principles
1. Collection
Team Repco will only collect information that is necessary for the primary
purpose of providing a service to you. We will endeavour to collect personal
information in a lawful and non-obstrusive way.
The type of personal
information that Team Repco collects and maintains generally comprises:
- Name, contact details (including phone, fax and email)
- Sales and points history
- General interests and business information (eg. Computer/Internet usage)

Disclosure
Team Repco will only use and disclose personal information about the individual
for the purpose for which it is collected, unless consent has been obtained
to use the information for additional purposes. The purpose of collecting
personal information includes direct marketing of information relating
to the program or related information. Exceptions to this include where
disclosure is required by:
- Law or reasonably necessary to assist a law enforcement agency
- External companies for the purposes of issuing statements, handling
mail or maintaining the program web site.
- Auditors, legal advisers or consultants or where required for the purposes
of administering your Repco account

Our goal is to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete
and up to date. To assist us with this, please contact us if any of the
details you have provided change. You are able to access and update your
information at any time, by logging on to the Team Repco Rewards Online
web site via www.teamrepco.com

Information Security
Team Repco is committed to keeping your information secure and we take
all reasonable precautions to protect any information we hold about you.
Reasonable steps are taken to destroy or permanently de-identify any personal
information no longer required.
5. Openness
We are open with you about what kinds of personal information Team Repco
holds and what we do with it.
6. Access
and Correction
Individuals are allowed access to personal information that Team Repco
holds about them. Incorrect or inaccurate information will be corrected
where necessary. If we need to deny your request for access we will let
you know why. Generally this will only be in cases where providing access
would be unlawful or not within the realms of the legislation.

7. Identifiers
Team Repco does not adopt government agency identifiers (eg. tax file
number) as a means of identifying you.
